Experience of work

Chelyabinsk regional public organization of veterans of war and military service "Defender of FatherLand" has the following work:

• The public reception of questions of social protection works at organization (only for five months 2001 in reception has addressed 300 citizens on various questions);
  
  
• we render information services in questions of employment of military men, members of their families and citizens (for the accounting period it is employed more than 200 persons);
  
  
• in summer camps of rest children from 75 families of military men, which need help had a rest;
  
  
• for rendering information services and rendering of moral support to the senior generation, military men we issue newspapers "Veteranskiy Vestnik" and "Defender of FatherLand";
  
  
• conference on association of two organizations of veterans of war and veterans of military service (number of our organization at present 32 thousand veterans of Great Domestic war and 78 thousand veterans of military service) is carried out
  
  
• the big work will be carried out by the organization on control of Sequence of allocation of habitation and reception of the state housing certificates (it is created Military-housing agancy for rendering assistance by the military man on realization of operations with the real estate);
  
  
• the big work on military - patriotic education of youth and struggle against the use of drugs will be carried out;
  
  
• a lot of attention is given by the organization on employment by sports, at active participation of members of the organization sports "Orlenok" and "Zarnicha" will be carried out;
  
  
• for work with participants of operations (war) in the Chechen Republic, Afghanistan the committee of participants of operations (local wars) is created;
  
  
• the organization participated in pre-election campaign for elections to the State Duma; the decision of the governor of the Chelyabinsk area creates working group on search of military men in territory of Northern Caucasus. The Chelyabinsk regional public organization of veterans of war and military service "Defender of FatherLand" conducts reception on these questions;
  
  
• the organization has 57 initial organizations (branches) in cities and areas of the Chelyabinsk area that allows to collect a trustworthy information about military men, veterans and members of their families and their inquiries; in the public reception organization work:

  2. the psychologist;
  3. the expert in operations with the real estate;
  4. the manager on retraining and assistance to employment - the expert of labour market.
